We offer seamless transfer services for your wedding guests, ensuring effortless travel from their accommodations to the welcome night venue, ceremony location (religious, civil or symbolic wedding ceremony), venue for the party and for other events. Our services cater to groups of all sizes, from small gatherings to over 100 guests.

We provide luxury Mercedes vans for bridesmaids and the best man, ensuring comfort and style and bigger vehicles if required.

Additionally we provide shuttle services at night time to accompany your guests back to their hotels at the end of the party.

FAQ

What info are required?

In order to organize transportation we require number of passengers on each hotel, hotel names, time of the ceremony/events, end time of the ceremony/event. The last term for instructions about the number of guests, accommodations or routes is 30 days before the event.

WHEN I HAVE TO PAY THE TRANSFER?

Payment is required 14 days before the first event booked.

HOW I PAY THE TRANSFER?
  • By Credit Card in advance (+2.5% system fee)
  • By Bank Transfer (bank transfer fee on client)
HOW MAY I RESERVE FOR THE EVENTS?

Complete our reservation form and we will respond with a quotation and details.

CANCELLATION POLICY
  • If the client cancels the booked service for any personal reason before payment (14 days prior), no fee will be charged.
  • If the client cancels the booked service after payment (14 to 2 days before the booked date), a 30% fee will be charged.
  • If the client cancels within 48 hours of the booked date, no refund will be provided.
