HOW MUCH IS THE COST FOR A TRANSFER FROM MAIN AIRPORTS TO TRASIMENO AREA?

HOW CAN I PAY THE TRANSFER?

• By Credit Card in advance (+2.5% system fee)
• By Bank Transfer (+15 euro for extra EU bank transfers – bank transfer fee on client)

WHEN I HAVE TO PAY THE TRANSFER?

The payment is required 14 days before the date of the transfer.

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN PRICES?

• Night transfer from 11 pm to 6.30am: an extra fee of €30 will be applied to the total cost.
• System fee for payments (by credit card and by bank transfer)
• Double or not scheduled stops (to be calculated)

WHAT IF I NEED A TRANSFER TO A DIFFERENT DESTINATION OF THE ONES UP? 

Please contact us and we will send you a quotation for your transfer. We usually do transfers from and to Tuscany & Umbria, on request also from and to other Italians regions (Naples, Amalfi, Positano, Sorrento, Venice, Milan, Cinque Terre and more).

WHERE MY DRIVER WILL PICK ME UP?

The driver will wait you at the terminal with a sign with your name on it.

WHAT IF MY AIRPLANE IS DELAYED?

Our drivers will wait you at the airport, they can check the flight status on internet so they will know when your airplane is landed.

AT WHAT TIME SHOULD I SCHEDULE THE DEPARTURE TO THE AIRPORT?

Send us your departure location, your destination airport and your flight departure time; we will suggest the best time to leave (we usually suggest to be at the terminal about 2 hours before the flight departure).

HOW MAY I RESERVE THE TRANSFER?

Fill our reservation form and we will get back to you with quotations and details.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the case the client cancels the service booked for any personal reason before the payment (14 days) there won’t be charged any fee.

In the case the client cancels the service booked for any personal reason after the payment (from 14 to 2 days before the first date booked), there will be charged a 30% fee.

In the case the client cancels the service in the last 48 hours, no refund will be given.
