WHEN I HAVE TO PAY THE TRANSFER?

Payment is required 14 days before the date of the transfer

HOW CAN I PAY THE TRANSFER?

• By credit card (+2.5% system fee)
• By bank transfer (bank transfer fee on client’s side)

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN PRICES?

• Night transfers from 11 pm to 7am:there will be an extra fee of 15 euro every 30 minutes before 7am or after 11pm. Example: for a departure at 6am (1 hour before 7am) the extra is 30 euro.
• System fee for payments (as mentioned above)
• Additional stop or waiting (to be calculated)

WHAT IF I NEED A TRANSFER TO A DIFFERENT DESTINATION OF THE ONES UP? 

Please contact us, and we will provide a quotation for your transfer. We typically offer transfers to and from Tuscany and Umbria, and on request, to other Italian regions (e.g., Naples, Amalfi, Positano, Sorrento, Venice, Milan, Cinque Terre, and more).

WHERE MY DRIVER WILL PICK ME UP?

The driver will wait you at the terminal with a sign with your name on it.

WHAT IF MY AIRPLANE IS DELAYED?

Our drivers will wait for you at the airport. They monitor flight statuses online and will know when your plane has landed.

AT WHAT TIME SHOULD I SCHEDULE THE DEPARTURE TO THE AIRPORT?

Provide us with your departure location, destination airport, and flight departure time, and we will recommend the best pick-up time. We typically suggest arriving at the terminal about 2/2,5 hours before your flight departure.

HOW MAY I RESERVE THE TRANSFER?
